How to take pressure off a 105e baxi?

Overflow pipe constantly dripping.pressure bar is up to 4 after building works and a radiator taken off.i keep draining a radiator which seems to take pressure down for a short time but then repressurizes back to 4.

you can drian off the water with the outside drain tap till the pressure goes down to 1.5 bar

check the top up tap under the boiler is not left on you can see it has a silver pipe going to two taps under the boiler
