Hi- It would cycle for a while & would start when i "Tapped it" & it has been ok for a some weeks if this was done. But recently would not start anymore, only a "Hum" from the fan. I have now had the three troublesome capacitors replaced and they cant see any poor joints on the PCB. Still no starting up though just a "Hum" from the fan. the fan appears to be powered & as the fan note changed if you try & turn it. Is this likely to be the fan motor or an other issue?
