how can i fix my beko washing machine (wme 72475)?

my beko washing machine does not drain witch makes the washing machine take about 6 hours to do a load. is there a filter that may be blocked? its a 7kg a+a class 1400rpm (wme 72475 )

take plastic plinth off bottom and behind there should be a filter.Remove cap and shine a torch in and make sure impeller rotates freely and is nice and clean.Kinked drain hose and blocked sink waste spigots (if connected under a sink) can cause same issue
