I have a lg multi air flow fridge freezer that is leaking water into the bottom of my freezer, can anyone help!

Just a thought: Look at the back inside the freezer see if there are V shaped drain channels you may find the outlet in the centre at the bottom of the V is block with ice. Failing that contact the manufacturer I'm sure they would assist.
