Gear selection?

My gears jammed yesterday on my 2001 ford transit swd fwd, could only get 3rd and 4th. Pulled over and pulled and pushed on the cables under the bonnet, even bleed the clutch. Now i can only get 1st and 2nd, no 3rd 4th 5th or reverse. Any ideas??
