How can I fix my electrolux 2100 vacuum?

When plugged in the icon lights and when I attempt to turn it on, nothing happens

same here.. pretty sure it's the power switch. Just replaced the power cord reel.. very difficult to get machine back together with the electrical connectins that need to be made while doing so.
