My machine wont get rid of the water. How do I open the filter at the bottom of the machine, its really hard to open.

Hi, you pull open the flap at the bottom of the machine, usually secured with plastic catches, drain water from machine using pipe which should be clearly visible, by pulling plug out of end of it, then turn the filter (which is a cylinder) anti clockwise. I found all sorts blocking mine. Hope this helps.
