We purchased the hotpoint HCM15 in May 2010. I have not experienced any problems with it, eg leakage or ventilate which others seem to be experiencing as I have read on line, but my problem is that I cant say that the coffee which we make with it, has ever been great. I read that some of you, says it makes delicious coffee, could you give me some hints on which coffee beans you use and any thing else that I should know which would make my coffee nicer to drink. I have quite stopped using it as I am not liking the taste, I have tried endless types of coffee beans and getting fed up with it. It is far to expensive to just stop using it. Your help would be truly appreciated, thanking you in advance.
