Outlet error. Check that the drain hose is not bent & kinked behind the dishwasher which will slow down the draining. Take hose off the drain pipe & direct it in to a bucket, turn machine on and see if water drains fast in to bucket. May also be a blockage in the drain pump or pump itself is getting old & faulty.
