UE error message appears at the end of washing cycle when on spin - time clock gets stuck at 11 minutes left and then after a long time of this, the bleep goes and UE message appears. Have tried turning machine off and cleaning the filter in the front panel at the bottom, but nothing. Help! Any suggestions please??

It means unbalanced error. When the load is unbalanced and machine is shaking a lot. Usually happens if you put one heavy item in and a lot of small stuff. If it happens a lot even when load is even then maybe the suspension springs are getting weak. You would need to call a service person to check for unbalanced problems if you are sure the loading is correct.
