How to fix a wiperblade(rear) back on after arm snapped?

I need to find out how to replace the hinge that holds the rear wiperblade on my Renault Scenic as it was ripped off accidentally although I still have the arm and wiper itself. Also how much will it cost me as I need toput it through MOT soon?

First remove the arm from the spindle, under the nut first.
