Why won't my bissell pro heat 2x selct pet pick up water?
The Bissell will release the water but will not pick it up anymore. What do I need to do to fix this? Can I send it back in? I've had it less than a year, but Walmart will not let me return it. I don't see that you've answered anybody else's same quesetions, Bissell??
