Stuck at spin cycle. Have emptied water from pipe below. Told to turn the handle in service hatch counter-clockwise. Can't move it either way.

it is stuffed with debris preventing you from undoing it, tilt it back against the wall and try again by going anti clockwise/clockwise. if it doesnt budge you will have to remove the front panel to gain access to the pump/hoses for removal for cleaning out. there is a hidden screw in the bottom rh side of soap dispenser that needs removing if panel has to be removed
