Any way to repair a copper condensate line?

We had a new high efficiency boiler installed two years ago. Yesterday I discovered that the copper condensate line is leaking. It appears to be corroded in the middle of the line. The plumber wants $140 to come for a look-see. Is there any way I can repair it, or is it feasible to just replace the copper with plastic tubing coming off the pump?
