how do i undo the knobs and hose on steam cleaner?
I have a Gener.8 steam cleaner model. BU/XY713976. lost instructions and cannot unscrew hose end dont know how to fill it. the knob on top says push but cant get it to turn or come off to fill is it possible the vacumm created by steam has caused it to stick.
