how can I fix my Panasonic DMR-E75V?

It will not read new DVD-R disc i've tried the lens cleaner and still dont work

Not sure what you mean by "won't read". If this is a disk that has been recorded on another DVD recorder it may need to be finalised on that recorder before it will play back on yours.
