how can i fix this?

My Samsung WF8604NGW/XEU Washing Machine gets the 'SUD' error come up on the LCD display on every cycle.

Please can anybody assist as to what the problem may be.

I have tried hot washes but this does not work.

If it is a front loading washer you need low suds powder for front loaders.
