How to Remove the Glass From a Double Glazed window?

Hi I need to take out my front window due to the fact my new suite wont fit , its beaded on the outside and anyone please advise me how to do this and if its a difficult job.

Thanks

depending on what type of beads they are some come off easier from the mitre joint or if it is a security bead you may need a deglazing tool probably easier to ask someone who does it regular to do as you stand the risk of breaking the glass

I agree with what Rich say's but think you may need to remove the rubber gasket from inside first if its not gasket then it will be security glazed using double sided tape this must be cut round from the inside using a sharp flexible knife. The rubber gasket can be replaced but security tape will need renewal.

From the middle/centre of the beading at the top of window where the beading meets the frame gently but firmly tap in a sharp blade, wood chisel or strong kithen knife about 4-5 mil then crank it sideways the beading will release,do the same for the rest of the beading, remove glass,on replacement put glass back in with the little spacer pads and smear diluted washing up liquid around the edgeof the glass obout an inch or so wide and push beading back into place,it is a bit tricky but you will know when the parts click together again.
