Boiler was running ok! then sprang a leak that was traced to the main flow switch membrane. This was replaced the right way around but now on initial switch on no hw or ch i can get it to fire up by activating dhw flow switch manually but it seems the plunger in the main flow swith dosnt come out enought to activate flow switch. the plunger and spring are free Help Please!!!

check water pressure. then u may need to change diaphram washer on the hot water
