Baumatic BDW01SS not draining?

Does anyone have any ideas why my fairly new dishwasher isn't emptying? I just pulled off the black panels underneath and there's water in there and I'm also not sure whether this is normal. Please help!

could be issue with it not draining correctly (stuff stuck in the filter or the sump area or in the drain pump motor impeller). This can then lead to an overfilling situation which floods the base
Use warranty but be aware if stuff stuck in pump could be charged!!

No it is not normal to have water underneath the dishwasher. Before pulling things off check your warranty. If it is fairly new call the shop and get them to fix it. Pulling parts off yourself may be grounds for them to refuse the warranty.
