hotpoint WMD 740 tried to take pump out to clean it as per intructions but the dam thing will only turn .25 of a turn and will not come out, it will turn back but not seal. have turn it by hand anticlock wise.
what can I do to either seal it or better still get it out, clean it and then put it back?
