how can i fix my quinton treadmill clubtrack 3.0?

i have a quinton club track 3.o treadmill which a bought at 1994. i am pressing the red reset button at the back of the treadmill but the treadmill does not respond and shows the message "plos". the reset button is not the problem.i know that because i replaced it with other buttons and i tried to start the treadmill but the outcome was the same
