My wifes Focus had factory fitted bluetooth and worked fine. The other day it froze on her and now has disappeared. The red and green buttons now just mute and unmute the cd/radio.

I have removed the fuse (112) and disconnected the negatavie terminal all to no effect. Is there anywayto access the bluetooth component?
