Is it all needed for tv?

Maplin sat dish set
LNB, SCART cable and satellite locator
10m cable with connectors and various mounts
12/230V satellite receiver
full fitting and installation instructions
DiSEqC 1.0, 1.2, USALS (no clue what this is)
and of course the carrying case.

It would run flat screen
TV, kenmark LVD 160 LCD TV/ DVD Player
the dish case content; I believe a 39cm dish.
Sytem as noted B43LN model I assume

connecting through a freeserve box? shortly to run an HD TV which has built in freeserve, to be used for our caravan. Yes it's in Motorhomes/Caravans also.

If you are trying to set up a motorhome with satellite TV I would suggest you look at getting a Freesat HD box rather than the Maplin one. (Which is NOT Freesat. It's free to air - witch is NOT the same thing.)

BTw, it's Freeview not Freeserve - which is a defunct ISP.
