Zanussi washer dryer ZKG 7165?

Zanussi washer dryer ZKG 7165 18 months old, light use, has died. No power. No lights when you switch the dials on. Used it a few days ago it was fine, went to use it today, dead as a Dodo.
It's not the domestic circuit breaker and I've replaced the fuse in the wall switch (twice) - it's wired in. What can have happened?
Thank you.

How do I check power to PCB?
Not an electrician please explain for amateurs, thank you very much for all your help!

I meant fuses in the wall socket, not the machine.I had no way to test them to see if blown, I suppose I could put them in another appliance.
If it's a PCB board at 16 months old I'll just junk the machine and never buy another Zanussi again because that's beyond bad!

check power to main pcb.if power there but dead pcb fried.expensive!

you say you have replaced two fuses, were they blown.if they were i have to assume the replacement has also blown, as a diy job remove the lid when unplugged and do a visual inspection where the three core cable enters the machine at the mains filter if the cap is uneven or sticky it has an internal short, otherwise its a job for serviceman to trace the fault
