fisher & Paykel intuitive Eco model IWL12?

The water inlet valves have been replaced and the water is going into the machine. The wash goes O.K. but when the rinse is in progress about 11 minutes from the end of the cycle the machine says help I am getting no water. hoses checked to make sure they are on the right way. Help please anyone have any ideas.

The rinse is always done with cold water even if you select hot wash cycle. Sounds like either the hose from the hot tap is on the cold valve & cold is on the hot valve or the wires from the controller are swapped over. The red wire should be on the hot valve & blue wire on the cold valve. Quick check before doing any changes is to start machine and select cold wash on panel. Press start and let it fill for a minute then stop machine & check water coming in to bowl. It should be cold water.
