i hook my panosonic tuner to another amp to run,as i was using the other amp, the tuner was on, them when i turned the amp up, the tv and vcr shut off, they ar fine, but the panasonis tuner wont turn on now, i troubleshooted to other outlets and no go, does the panasonic sg-d16 unit have a fuse, of is it forever fried thanks bruce
