We have a C24 which is working sometimes and sometimes not, when it works it starts heating for 1 minute until it stops and then we get a red light. If we restart (button), then it is random to heat or not(mostly not). We do notice a noise like resetting itself when it's turned on. All the house heating and hot water depends on it.
