Resize pic's problem windows xp?

When i try to email a pic windows no longer ask's if i would like to resize to email.
Can anyone tell me if there is a setting i am missing somewhere to enable this function again.

If you work from a picture folder you can get windows to resize the picture from the task pane,if the picture is highlighted then there is an option to resize for email.

i dont know of any settings in xp to resize pics but there is one way i know and that is open the pic in paint and go to image and choose stretch/skew and on the horizontal and vertical change the setting ie. 50 or 75 etc etc and keep trying till you get the right size you want
