Bosch 1400 Classixx washing machine - soft rinse?

The soft rinse does not empty from the tray. Is there a blockage somewhere?

Remove drawer from machine and clean out small syohon tube with hot water and a cotton bud. after a while they tend to get clogged up with softener detergent, next time you add the softener dilute it first.
