My portable dvd player wont play dvds. It will however load and play cd's. When I put a dvd in it says loading, DVD-Video then the disk sounds like its spinning really fast and it stays at the start screen with the blue and the insignia logo. please help

try a new non scratched free from dust or even fingerprint DVD
then, try dvd lens cleaner
