We noticed that the items in the freezer, such as Ice Cream, Ice Blocks and other items such as boxed fish soft and watery. Turned the temprature up and emptied the freezer with the exception of the Ice trays. In the morning, noticed is frozen but the alarm light is flashing. What can be wrong, please help.
