I have the same problem for my touran TDI ESP on do i need to cantact the VW or the dealer

Few motor manufacturers deal directly with the general public - they do it through dealers. You fail to mention the problem you have but if it's a warranty issue it should be dealt with by the vendor - the selling agent.
