Waht is wrong with BEKO DSFN 1532?

BEKO DSFN 1532 = 3 months old. Stopped mid-cycle, dirty water still in machine. The program lights are not illuminating, but The Rinse Aid and Salt lights are working fine. Won't allow me to select any programs
