fabric conditioner stays in the draw how do i fix this?

the fabric conditioner stays in the draw and will not drain into the drum at the end of the wash cycle. what is the problem and how can i fix it
SUE B, February 2013
The flushing of the fabric conditioner from the drawer into the drum is from a solenoid operated water valve which is not used for the initial filling or rinse cycles. This one valve may have packed up.
Check it out-does water flow when on this final rinse spin cycle or is it stopping after spinning cycle because no water/conditioner went into the drum? If this is the case the machine should be in 'pause mode' because it is waiting to finish the last part of the wash cycle

Sue,

Remove drawer from machine and clean out small syphon tube with hot water and a cotton bud. after a while they tend to get clogged up with softener detergent, next time you add the softener dilute it first.
