Glow worm 100E small burner flame, now hot water?

Hi, i hope you can help me with a problem that is just baffling me.
I have a Glow worm 100E that has heating (with only a 1cm burner flame), and no hot water to the taps...I have checked the pressure in the expansion tank and its at 11psi which i think is right ? and the system pressure goes from .7 bar cold...to 2 bar'ish hot....i have no leakage from the PRV/overflow....
I have new Diaphragms fitted about 10 months ago and i am now thinking that i might need a PCB...?
Has anyone had any experience with this type of problem and found a solution to it.......
CAN I THANK YOU IN ADVANCE IF I CAN GET HELP WITH THIS AS I HAVE 3 CHILDREN AND VERY LITTLE MONEY TO CALL AN ENGINEER...... :(

Thanks for that Kash......i would suspect that its the PCB then because for about an hour last night i had a large 5cm flame for the heating but just a small flame if i needed just the hot water on demand......later on it was just a small flame for both and still is...would this confirm a faulty PCB....i could change that myself as its just a plug and play if im right .....thanks for your help with the answer you gave, my wife a 3 cold kids thank you... :) i will post results of new PCB next week when i can order one off the net.....thanks again.... :)

the flame is controlled by the gas valve, the gas valve is controlled by the pcb. first check that the gas pressure to the boiler is that required. low gas pressure = small flame. check the gas valve voltage. u can look at the voltage required to open the gas valve on the gas valve sticker if its to low then faulty pcb. if the voltage is correct then a faulty gas valve. all working gas pressure are in the boiler manual u can download it online. but i would suspect gas pressure first

UPDATE...small flame, no hot water.....
I took the micro flow switch off the hot water flow diaphragm pin, (pin comes out when hot water tap is opened), and done a continuity test through the switch...NOTHING... but if i bypass the switch with the tap running it will fire up....new switch needed....but i still have the same small flame on the burners as before on heating and hot water flow....getting closer but still have the low flame.....can anyone help with some ideas please.....many thanks......Paul :(
