Block on email?

I contacted a company to get them to substantiate a claim made in an advert received in the post. They returned an total unrelated answer. I have tried over the last two days to resend the message but it seems its being blocked returning a message sorry we have a problem followed by the link could have broken or I typed the address wrong ( I never had to it was an online form) seems to me certain information in my details are blocking sending. is this possible? if so I am going to try different home address see if its the IP being blocked.
Before that I'll wait hopefully for some replies.
I have tried on both my PC and laptop.
Many thanks in advance.

Very good advice from Peccavi.

NEVER EVER click or follow ANY link found on any spam message!

Spam e-mail: Any unsolicited commercial or promotional e-mail.

My pleasure - and as I have learnt to my cost - if you get a "spam" e-mail message and are foolish enough to reply to it - all that does is to confirm that the mail address they have for you is kosher - validated & consequently worth more in the market as being known-good.

take care...

Thanks Peccavi
they will blow out on this one as I am about to change my email address.

Give up Bob - they do not welcome your mail messages (just your money) the return address will have been set up to reject messages from everybody.

They now have your mail-address and will very probably sell it on several times over so that you can get even more unsolicited avertising - and each company they sell it to will themselves also sell it on.
