fabric conditioner?

my beko washing machine works perfectly but it does not take in fabric conditioner

Lorna,

Remove drawer from machine and clean out small syphon tube with hot water and a cotton bud. after a while they tend to get clogged up with softener detergent, next time you add the softener dilute it first.
