The item is a Philips tv, manufactured in 10/4/01, the make is PTV915, the model # is 64P8341, the serial # is 6698737, and the date code is 3911R041F. I can watch tv just fine however the whole screen is red. I tried to fix it through the settings color, picture, brightness, and tint. I was unsuccessful how can I fix this problem?
