How do I reduce pressure on a Bosch Worcester Greenstar boiler?

I have to do some maintenence work on a radiator and I have been told if I reduce the pressure (currently set at 1.5 bar) on my boiler (Bosch Worcester Greenstar 25si/30si) I can do the repairs without isolating the radiator, but I dont know where/how to do this. I have TRV's on my radiator, which method will be easier, reducing pressure in the boiler or isolating the radiator (which I also dont know how to do!) HELP! I am a girl who is capable of fixing things but please dont get technical!

What maintenance are you doing to the rad?
Bet the valve leaks when you turn it off!

turn off both valves on the radiator(one will need a spanner) and drain the radiator.
if you are unsure, i suggest you flutter your eyelashes at a friendly neighbour or better still, plumber.
