how can I fix my Beko WM5140S ?

My beko washing machine has not completed its wash cycle and has half water in the drum

pull plinth off at the bottom.behind there is a filter and possibly a drain off hose.drain water off using hose or if not fitted remove the filter by turning it anticlockwise.water will flood out.once water out shine a torch in to the filter housing and with a long screwdriver make sure the drain pump impeller at the very back of the filter housing isn't jammed and rotates freely.should flick over as you turn it
