My cold tap on my bathroom sink stopped working, I would turn it on and tap?

The cold tap in my bathroom sink stopped working, I would turn it on and no water comes out and tap keeps turning. I changed the tap handles but still won't work. Any ideas please.

Thanks for your comment. I have changed the head. When I turned the water back on none came out of the cold tap, I removed the head again and when this was off no water came up at all.

You need to change head undo head with 12mm you can get from good plumber shop,shut supply spray WD40 it will easy to undo
