It will place an image of the screen into your clipboard that you can save as an image using about any graphic application. Use Ctrl+V to paste the image into the application. Crop the parts you don't want. Save as PNG (lossless format for the best quality) or JPG (lossy format to save place).
Also, you can sellect the wanted details, or all of the page using Ctrl+A, and press Ctrl+C to copy the text. Using note pad, or any text editor: Use Ctrl+V to paste it into a text document. You can now save it as a text file (.txt). Using a word processor, you can probably keep the formating.
