G.E. 2.4 GHZ CORDLESS PHONE?

MY PROBLEM IS THAT I NEED TO KNOW HOW TO INCREASE THE VOLUME ON THIS PHONE AND HAVE LOST THE INSTRUCTION TO IT. NEED ASSISTANCE ON ACQUIRING ITAND POSSIBLY THE INSTRUCTION TOO.
