when machine spins it makes a horrendous noise, it seems fine on when not spinning but when it does spin it makes an unbelievable noise. has only just started doing this and when the washing comes out sometimes there looks to be burnt black paper (may not be this) that is over the floor...has only just started doing this. can anyone help?

THIS IS BEARING FAILIURE!THE BLACK ON YOUR WASHING IS BURNT PLASTIC DUE TO THE DRUM RUBBING ON THE PLASTIC OUTER DRUM. TO CHECK BEARINGS,TURN MACHINE OFF AT THE MAINS,OPEN THE DOOR AND PLACE YOUR HAND FIRMLY ON THE BOTTOM OF THE INNER DRUM. ROCK THE DRUM FROM SIDE TO SIDE WHILST PRESSING DOWN. IF THE MOVEMENT IS NOT SMOOTH AND FEELS LUMPY ,THE BEARINGS HAVE GONE!
