i have a picture of aerial on my screen with english press ok or german press ok on it, have not got a remote control but have bought a universal but due to the fact i cant get this picture of my screen i cant set it up please help

Why did you buy a TV without a remote control in the first place, cheap was it? Never buy anything that not complete and is untested, take this as a lesson learned.
