Hot Water Supply?

I have a 15yr old Valiant Combi Boiler, the central heating works well but it now does not deliver the hot water. It only delivers cold water seemingly at normal volume. Is the Changeover Valve the problem ?

take a look if the spindle moves on the divertor valve(change over valve).Think it activates a micro switch
