freezer workin. perfect. fridge is not cold enough. i turned it up to max. an got cooler on . constantly. its still not cold enough

The alarn is going off but freezer seems to be working ok . . . it has frozen ice cubes overnight despite alarm. Was told to turn thermo to 0 and unplug for 30 seconds but this has not re-set it. ANy ideas. The alarm sounded after being left open for half an hour
