humax pvr 9300t?

My Humax will not power up properly. The display comes on saying it's a 9300T and you can hear the disk spinning but nothing else happens.
What can I do?

Hi T I have been reliably informed, that I can record films from Love film etc onto my Humax9300T. This does need some computer interface with tv, Humax & computer but I don't know how.
