3 fuses in bsi box are not blowen but theres is no electrical flow when i inspected furder i found them to b earted how can that be . I have no wipers or dash lights also no dimms this is a peugeot partner 2006 1.9d any ideas welcome b4 i go to peugeot dealer thanks in advance john
